Frank's Board is available more widely. Lancashire is where we're beginning the first structured, hands-on community delivery programme.
Why Lancashire
Word Fest is based in Lancashire. Starting locally creates the opportunity to build real relationships, understand practical access barriers and learn what responsible support costs before making larger delivery claims.
This does not restrict Frank's Board to Lancashire. Individuals and families may use the service wherever it is available.

Removing equipment barriers
“Frank's Board is free. If the cost of suitable equipment prevents someone from using it, Word Fest will seek to remove that barrier.”
A future funded access programme may help provide suitable configured devices where funding allows. This is an ambition, not a current entitlement or a promise of a free device.
