How we use it

We use information to respond to enquiries, manage appropriate programme relationships and meet legal or governance obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Frank's Board

Frank's Board has its own service privacy information and technical architecture. Detailed assurance is addressed in the Frank's Board Security & Data Protection White Paper.

Retention and rights

Information is retained only for as long as needed for the purpose collected or a relevant legal obligation. You may ask about information we hold, request correction or raise a deletion request by contacting hello@word-fest.com.

Governance boundary

Frank's Board is a programme of Word Fest CIC. RareEdge Ltd owns and provides the underlying technology. The final controller/processor allocation for all programme systems remains a legal and governance matter and is not invented on this page.
