Current scope

Frank's Board is an information and communication product, not a monitoring or emergency service. It must not be used as a substitute for care, safeguarding practice or urgent support.

How we work

We expect kindness, respect, appropriate boundaries, data minimisation and prompt escalation of genuine concerns through the correct route.

Developing programmes

Earlier youth, mentoring and event concepts are in development. Any future delivery must have proportionate safeguarding arrangements, role clarity, suitable checks where required and routes for reporting concerns before activity begins.

Inclusion

We consider physical, digital, communication and neurodiversity-related access. We do not assume one format works for everyone.

Report a concern

Contact safeguarding@word-fest.com. If someone is at immediate risk, contact the appropriate emergency or statutory service.
